Performance statistics are key to effective financial and operation analysis. With the IES Statistics module, run advanced statistical analysis without in-depth knowledge of statistics or spreadsheet applications. With full integration with other IES modules, data entered within the Operations and Accounting modules can be cross-accessed for an in-detail analysis of operational and financial activity. Easily track statistics on shipments as well as bookings. Create statistical reports using parameters such as profit by carrier, method of transportation, transit time by carrier, profit by sales person or container count by carrier and date. Cross tabulate data by sum, average and count. IES Statistics allows cross tabulations and spreadsheets of data in a simple pull down menu style. Simply select requested fields and filter options including account, carrier, port of load, port of discharge, place of delivery, ultimate destination, sail/flight date, service contract, sales representative, shipment status, division, business line as well as deleted and canceled files. Duplicate and save existing reports to speed new report regeneration. Transform spreadsheets and cross tabs into graphs to highlight trends and target areas. Once you build your reports, rerun them any time. With pre-calculated data, reports are generated quickly. The optional Statistics Timer application allows users to generate and e-mail recurring reports at specified times and date intervals.
