Import agents' files just like EDI transmissions. Easily control and manage each shipment file and verify all the data. From the Message Center screen, view the details of the agents' files for import, confirm correct codes or create new codes. Search existing IES database for the correct match or create new IES client database records on the fly. Use the mapping tool to identify any incomplete data to existing operations field data, assign the division and business line codes and confirm the data for instant import as a House Bill or Direct. Simply view the imported file, add the billing charges and create documentation.
