Installation

After you purchase IES software we mail you the installation CD, but ask that you wait until your installation date so that we may install the software. Remote installation and remote training are conducted over the phone and via PC Anywhere or GoToMyPC. Please install PC Anywhere or GoToMyPC, prior to your scheduled training. At your scheduled installation date, please provide IES with the PC Anywhere or GoToMyPC login information you created, so we can access your server and workstations.

Training

Training is tailored to your business. After consultation regarding your current business processes and workflow, please plan on two hours of training per module. An IES Technical Support Representative will contact you to arrange a training schedule with your key personnel. After training, we ask that your staff practice using the software for a few days, before going live with your system. During your practice phase, please refer to the manual and release notes available on our Web site or contact IES Technical Support.

Ready to purchase or install IES, then download and review our minimum system requirements, minimum system requirements - hosted, supported printers and drivers - hosted and approved IATA Air Waybill.
